INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Nebraska is now on deck after the completion of day one at the Big Ten's football media days.

Big Ten Commissioner Tony Petitti made his first address as the conference’s head man. He was followed by Illinois head coach Bret Bielema, Rutgers’ Greg Schiano, Michigan State’s Mel Tucker, Northwestern’s David Braun, Penn State’s James Franklin, Iowa’s Kirk Ferentz and Ohio State’s Ryan Day.

Nebraska head coach Matt Rhule will be the fifth speaker on Thursday's second day at the Big Ten event in Indianapolis.

Indiana's Tom Allen, Maryland's Michael Locksley, Minnesota's P.J. Fleck, Purdue's Ryan Walters will go prior to Rhule. Wisconsin's Luke Fickell will follow Rhule before Michigan's Jim Harbaugh wraps up the event.

Harbaugh is expected to be a major storyline, with the Wolverines' coach facing a potential four-game suspension for an alleged recruiting violation.

NBC analyst Todd Blackledge already discussed Nebraska a day before Rhule's appearance, stating that he believes Rhule is the right coach to lead the Huskers.
