The current pandemic has not had much impact on home prices.

That's according to a new report out by the online real estate database, Zillow.

On Wednesday Zillow said its analysis showed that while sale price growth has cooled, it's only cooled down slightly.

In fact the company predicts the cost of buying a house could be headed for an upswing.

Zillow reports new listings for high-end homes have surged, which is raising the median list price.

It also says buyers are currently outnumbering sellers, causing some homes to sell quickly.
