Bulldogs Rough Up Raiders in Playoff Win

Auburn claims spot in Subdist. C1-2 title game

AUBURN, NE - The Auburn Bulldogs dominated the Raiders of Brownell Talbot in playoff boys basketball on Tuesday, 79-31, as heard on B103. The Raiders end their season at 12-13, while Auburn improves to 22-1. The Bulldogs will clash with Lincoln Lutheran in the Subdistrict C1-2 Title Game Thursday at 6pm on B103.

Auburn was ready out of the gate, jumping out to a 23-8 lead after the first frame & building that lead to 52-19 by intermission. The Bulldogs showed impressive range with eleven 3-pointers in the contest. The team was led by Ryan Guenther with 18. Brenton Wenzl helped with 14, while both Brayan Palmer & Carson Lavigne hit for a dozen. Perry Anderson's 13 points led his squad.
