Kam Sealey's nine total scores lead Cougars to second straight state title

LINCOLN, Neb. - The only thing better than getting your first state title, is getting the second one - and for Sandy Creek, they did that in as many years. 

In a record setting day, Sandy Creek knocked off Crofton 66-26 to defend their Class D-1 crown. The Cougars' 53 first half points were a record for an 8-man 1 game. 

Sophomore quarterback Kam Sealey recorded 272 passing yards with four touchdown's, while also adding 203 rushing yards and five scores - his nine total touchdown's are a new 8-man 1 state finals record. 

The Cougars go back to back and finish the year 12-1, while the Warriors end the season 10-3.
