LINCOLN, Neb.-- David Lloyd with ESPN will be making an appearance at the Cornhusker State Games on July 15.

This pitstop is part of ESPN's "50 States in 50 Days" tour that will travel with anchors, production and cameras directly to fans across the country.

The feature on the Cornhusker State Games will air during the 7 a.m. ET edition on July 15 with additional coverage across ESPN platforms throughout the day.

The story aims to highlight the spirit of Nebraska sports fans and how this community event unites fans across generations.

Beginning June 27, the ESPN tour will feature a mix of live on-site shows and pre-produced stories from all 50 states to showcase high-profile athletic events or under-the-radar hometown gems.

This tour marks the first time in 20 years the SportsCenter has embarked on a cross-country tour of this scale with the hopes to capture the full spectrum of what it means to be a sports fan across America.
