News Channel Nebraska to televise Hastings Candidate Forum

The Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with News Channel Nebraska, invites the community to attend a Candidate Forum featuring the mayoral and city council candidates on Wednesday.

Hastings, NE – The Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with News Channel Nebraska, invites the community to attend a Candidate Forum featuring the mayoral and city council candidates on Wednesday, October 23rd, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Hastings Museum, located at 1330 N Burlington Ave. Doors will open at 6:30 PM.

This is an opportunity for residents to engage with the candidates running for city office. Attendees will have the chance to submit their own questions, making this forum a vital platform for community voices.

“This forum is an essential part of our democratic process, allowing voters to learn more about the candidates’ positions and visions for Hastings,” said Shannon Landauer, Executive Director of the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce. “We encourage everyone to attend and take part in this important conversation.”

The forum will be televised on News Channel Nebraska. It will also be live streamed on the NCN and KHAS Radio Facebook pages. You can watch NCN on DISH channel 30, Spectrum channel 99, Allo channel 181, via NCN's free mobile app and apps on Roku, Apple TV and Amazon Fire.
