HASTINGS, Neb. – Our fifth and final Hastings Mayoral Candidate Profile features Jay Beckby, a local business owner who owns several businesses in the Hastings and surrounding areas. 

Beckby has lived in Hastings for more than 40 years, and has been a businessman for about 37 years.

He currently owns The Tank and Beckby Motors/Enterprises in Hastings, plus the Blue Hill Tavern in Blue Hill, and Deano's Bar and Grill in Guide Rock.

We asked Beckby six questions about his campaign and his responses can be found in the video above.
