GRAND ISLAND, Neb.— Two men in central Nebraska are behind bars after being charged with sex offenses.

According to Grand Island police, 25-year-old Manuel Canil Tol maintained conversations over the past three months with a person he believed to be a 13-year-old girl.

Officials said Canil Tol told the girl he wanted to meet her in person and engage in sexual intercourse and other sex acts. He also wanted the girl to send him sexually explicit photos.

When Canil Tol arranged to meet the 13-year-old on Monday, police arrived at the location and arrested him for enticement by electronic device and sex trafficking of a minor.

In a separate incident, authorities in Pennsylvania requested the assistance of GIPD with evidence and an interview.

During the investigation, 22-year-old Logan Bundy was found in possession of nude photos of a 17-year-old girl. Officials said officers found messages between him and the girl on his phone.

In the messages, Bundy reportedly offered to pay for photos, threatened to harm himself if she didn’t send the photos, and threatened to sell the photos if she didn’t send more photos.

Bundy was arrested for possession of child pornography and sex trafficking of a minor.
