LINCOLN, Neb. -- A court hearing for a man accused of killing his stepfather has been delayed once again.

According to court documents, the hearing for 29-year-old Caleb Arnett was delayed for a second time. Arnett was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Tuesday.

Court records say his psychological evaluation has not been completed. The court ordered the examination be conducted to determine his competency to stand trial.

Arnett is accused of killing his stepfather, Ross Nickolaus, and injuring two family members.

He has been charged with first-degree murder, three counts of use of a deadly weapon and two counts of first-degree assault.

During his first court appearance, a judge set his bond at $2 million.

His next court appearance is set for Mar. 19.
