One injured in Easter night shooting in Kearney

Authorities are in the early stages of investigating a Sunday night shooting in Kearney.

KEARNEY, Neb. — Authorities are in the early stages of investigating a Sunday night shooting in Kearney.

Police say officers responded to a report of a shooting just before 9:00 in the 2800 block of Avenue M. The victim was a 27-year-old man who was driven to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
