Take Down Tobacco program wants to empower youth in Hall County

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. -- Students from Grand Island area schools will come together for a common cause on Friday.
To commemorate Take Down Tobacco Day of Action, Tobacco Free Hall County will host an event with students from the Northwest High School Student Council and fifth graders from Seedling Mile.
The event aims to educate students about the harm of tobacco and vaping and to empower youth to create change in their communities.
Tobacco Free Hall County will provide materials and information about the topic.
