LINCOLN, Neb. – Elkhorn North will get a chance to go three-for-three at the Nebraska girls state basketball championships.
The Wolves have won two Class B titles in their first two years of existence as a school, and now they’ll get a crack at three straight after dominating York 62-20 in the semifinal on Friday.
Elkhorn North raced out to a 45-12 halftime lead and never looked back.
Britt Prince 23 of her game-high 30 points to lead the Wolves. McKenna Murphy added 13 points, all in the first half. York was paced by Chloe Koch’s eight points.
