OMAHA, Neb. -- A south-central Nebraska man is facing federal drug and weapon charges.

The US attorney's office says 48-year-old Jeremy Kinney of Campbell was indicted on three counts including possession of methamphetamine and two related weapon counts.

Federal officials say the charges stem from his arrest in late May following a high-speed chase that ended between Arapahoe and Holdredge.

Officials say that State Patrol Troopers found drugs, weapons, and cash in Kinney's vehicle after the pursuit ended.

He faces potentially 25 years in federal prison if convicted on all three counts.
