Kearney teen facing a pair of sexual assault charges

A 19-year-old Kearney man is facing two counts of first-degree sexual assault after two 15-year-old girls accused him of raping them.

KEARNEY, Neb.  - A 19-year-old Kearney man is facing two counts of first-degree sexual assault after two 15-year-old girls accused him of raping them.

Hunter Pokorney also faces  felony charges of enticement by electronic device, as a result of allegedly contacting one of the victims after the reported assaults.

Pokorney is in custody facing a July 1 court date after the alleged assaults, both of which reportedly occurred last week.

His bond is $250,000. The maximum sentence for first-degree sexual assault is 50 years in prison.
