KEARNEY, Neb.  - The Kearney Regional Medical Center announced this week that they would be partnering with Bryan Health.

A Wednesday press conference brought officials from KRMC, Bryan Health and even a Nebraska state official. This is just another move for Bryan Health to partner with central Nebraska health providers.

Leadership of Kearney Medical said today that when it comes to a partnership it was important they found someone who knew the importance of the care they provide to their patients.

Bryan Health took sole ownership of KRMC on the first of the year and today was an opportunity to announce that to the public.

Officials even on the state level are excited for this partnership.

“On behalf of the state of Nebraska and the Department of Economic Development,” Economic development director Tony Goins said. “I would like to extend a huge congratulations for this partnership from an economic development stand point building scale that will build healthy lives.”

Physicians and board members of KRMC also share the same excitement over the partnership.
