A woman is accused of setting small fires popping up around Lincoln

A Lincoln woman has been arrested for setting small fires around Lincoln.

A Lincoln woman is in jail after police say she set several small fires on Monday. 

A Lincoln police officer said they saw a fire near Sun Valley Boulevard and Charleston Street Monday night. 

A witness reported seeing someone walking away from the fire. 

Not long after, someone reported a fire at Oak Lake Park. 

Fire crews and police saw a couple other small fires and extinguished them. 

41-year old Heather Wilson, was seen in the area. Police found she had lighters with her. 

She was arrested for third-degree arson.
