Shoplifting case leads to discovery of drugs, guns

A Lincoln man and woman are in jail after police say they found them with a stolen gun and drugs.

LINCOLN, Neb. -- A Lincoln man and woman are in jail after police say they found them with a stolen gun and drugs following a suspected shoplifting incident at a well-known sporting goods store.

Security at Scheels told police that the man hid taken $600 worth of clothing and speakers.

Police tracked down the car and after a search turned up meth, cocaine and a stolen gun, 27-year-old Thomas Baio and 32-year-old Priscilla Huff were arrested.
