One Injured In Overnight Car Accident

Police say one person is injured after an overnight car accident in Norfolk.

NORFOLK - Police say one person is injured after an overnight car accident in Norfolk.

First calls of the accident came out around 10 p.m. on Tuesday at the Northeast Community College Campus.

Norfolk Police say the crash happened near the west side of the campus near the dormitories.

The vehicle collided with a light pole.

One person was taken to Faith Regional Health Services for injuries.

Police say the driver was cited for negligent driving.
