Pedestrian Struck by Car Left with Life Threatening Injuries

A car accident in Lincoln Tuesday night left one woman with life-threatening injuries.

LINCOLN - A car accident in Lincoln Tuesday night left one woman with life-threatening injuries.

Lincoln Police say that just before 7 p.m., LFR and LPD responded to the accident where a pedestrian was hit by a car in the area of 41st and O Street.

A 28-year-old woman was taken to an area hospital for what are considered life threatening injuries.

The 22-year-old driver was not cited and the investigation is on-going.

The name of the pedestrian is not being released at this time.
