LINCOLN - After coming up a few pins short of a state title in 2018, the Norfolk Unified Bowling team made sure they didn't suffer the same fate this year.

The Panthers made history by claiming the program's first state title, taking down Millard North 3-0 in the best-of-three championship round.

Norfolk also made history by not dropping a single game throughout the competition, something no other team has done in the four years that Unified Bowling has been sanctioned by the NSAA.

The Panthers defeated Bellevue West (3-0), Wahoo (3-0) and Millard North (3-0) on their way to the title.

Members of the Norfolk team are: Brian Worrell, Dylan Fuchs, Kaden Sager, Daniel Thomsen, and Patrick Westby.
