ABC/Image Group LATyler Hubbard has found a new way to bond with his one-year-old daughter.

The Florida Georgia Line member turned to Instagram to share a sweet and humorous post about how he's teaching his daughter, Olivia, to meditate.

The photo shows Tyler sitting cross legged on the floor of the playroom with his eyes closed and arms resting on his legs in a classic meditation pose. Olivia attempts the same position, her legs crossed, head titled back and her eyes closed as two-month-old brother Luca looks on.

"Teaching Liv how to meditate, or 'mommytate' as she says," Tyler writes alongside the photo. "Figured it was a good way to get maybe 5 seconds of peace and quiet."

Tyler and his FGL cohort Brian Kelley are nominated for Vocal Duo of the Year at the 2019 CMA Awards, airing live from Nashville on November 13 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
