Man arrested in Woodland Park for terroristic threats

A Norfolk man is in jail after an incident involving alleged threats made toward a Woodland Park store employee.

WOODLAND PARK - A Norfolk man is in jail after an incident involving alleged threats made toward a Woodland Park store employee.

The Stanton County Sheriff's Office says on Sunday night around 10 PM, deputies responded to a Woodland Park store after an employee was allegedly threatened by a man armed with a firearm.

Around an hour later, the Sheriff’s Office took a 41-year-old Christopher Moore into custody without incident in Norfolk.

A realistic replica pistol was recovered in Moore's possession and taken as evidence.

Moore was arrested on a felony charge of Terroristic Threats.
