Central Nebraska gets hit by severe weather
Damage reports came in from all over south-central Nebraska after severe weather early Friday.

HASTINGS - Residents in central Nebraska woke up Friday to damage caused by overnight severe weather.
Damage reports were scattered all over the region.
There were widespread reports of wind gusts of 60-75 mph. Homes all over Grand Island and Kearney saw large tree limbs snapped and down in the streets.
Adams County emergency management officials say many large limbs fell and some trees were uprooted in Hastings, while a power line was blown down across 12th Street near Saunders Avenue.
Power lines were blown down near Minden, with emergency management officials reporting a power line across Highway 6 west of town early Friday morning.
Heavy winds knocked over concrete markers at Arapahoe Municipal Golf Course. There were several broken power poles and uprooted cottonwood trees in the Arapahoe area as well.
In Oxford, where one wind gust was unofficially measured at 95 mph, there were multiple reports of downed tree limbs.
Near the Furnas County town of Holbrook, there were multiple reports and posts to social media about tree damage and the partial removal of the roof of an outbuilding.
Branches were reportedly blown through the roof of a home in the Kearney County town of Upland. A grain bin in Upland also suffered severe damage.
There were tree limbs blocking roads in the village of Edison.
