Blowing Snow Causing Difficult Driving Conditions

NORFOLK - Light, fluffy snow has been falling steadily in Norfolk all morning. While it's been easy to shovel, or even sweep away in some cases, the roads crews haven't had as much luck staying on top of the snowfall.
Wind is drifting snow on to the roads, causing low visibility and slick roads.
Bridges, intersections and residential roads are all becoming slick as well.
