Beatrice Police Arrest Three Following Warrant Check

BEATRICE - Acting on citizen report, Beatrice Police arrested two people at a South 10th Street home on pending warrants and drug violations.
The arrests were made early Saturday night of 35-year-old Jaime Harvey and 42-year-old Michelle Harvey.
Authorities say Jaime Harvey had active warrants for witness tampering, driving under suspension, 1st and 2nd degree domestic assault, use of a deadly weapon, false imprisonment and a protection order violation. He was also booked for drug possession and obstructing an officer.
Michelle Harvey was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine, oxycodone, tramadol and alprazolam, as well as obstructing police.
Police obtained a search warrant for the residence, finding various pills along with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia observed during the arrests.
While conducting the search of the home and a vehicle, police seized a purse and a child's sock which contained a glass smoking pipe with suspected meth residue. They also found a Kansas driver's license belonging to 44-year-old Stay Hormann. She later came to the Beatrice Police Department to claim items belonging to her. She was arrested for drug and drug paraphernalia possession.
