TECUMSEH – David Daniels Jr., 43, of Tecumseh is charged with sexual assault of a minor under the age of 16.

The Johnson County Attorney’s Office alleges a 14-year-old victim in assault and abuse charges on Aug. 24.

If convicted, he would face a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison and a maximum of life.
