Rhode Island man arrested in Nebraska on outstanding warrant

A 30-year-old Rhode Island man is behind bars in Nebraska on an outstanding warrant.

FREMONT, Neb. -- A 30-year-old Rhode Island man is behind bars in Nebraska on an outstanding warrant.

Authorities in Fremont say last Thursday, agents with a drug task force arrested David Lorenzo of Providence, Rhode Island.

He was wanted on an outstanding warrant for child molestation.

He was found at a home after agents got information from authorities in Rhode Island saying Lorenzo may be in Fremont.

He's now in custody awaiting extradition.
