Universities Around Nebraska Continue to Adjust Schedules

Midland University and Doane University have recently announced changes to their Fall Academic calendars.
Following the footsteps of many colleges and universities in the state, Midland University and Doane University have adjusted schedules in similar fashion to other state schools such as UNO and UNL.
For Midland University, plans to start on August 27th is unchanged. Labor Day will be held as a regular holiday with no classes. Fall Break has been canceled and class will be in session. The final in-person class will be held Tuesday, November 24th with Thanksgiving Break following.
Following the break on Monday will be a study day. Finals will be held online December 1st-4th. Interterm classes are scheduled to begin in-person on January 4th. However, they will be moved on if deemed necessary .
The graduate and professional instruction schedule in Omaha is unchanged.
For Doane University, classes will begin on August 17th as originally scheduled. Fall Break scheduled to start on October 16th has been canceled and class will be held. Final Exams will be held from November 21st thru the 25th.
The semester is scheduled to end on the 25th with no classes being held after that date.
There are no changes to the non-residential students at the Omaha and Lincoln locations.
