LARAMIE, Wyo. - An interstate highway in Wyoming has reopened after a late spring snowstorm.
The storm also sent tree limbs crashing onto power lines in southeastern Wyoming.
KTWO Radio reports almost 10,000 customers in the Laramie area were without power.
The storm closed Interstate 80 between Cheyenne and Laramie on Monday night. The highway reopened late Tuesday morning.
Over 6 inches of snow fell in the high country of the Laramie Range and Medicine Bow Mountains.
Forecasters expected the snow to melt quickly with warming temperatures.
