City of Norfolk Limits Physical Access to City Offices

The City of Norfolk will be closing City buildings to the public as a response to the growing threat to the novel coronavirus.

NORFOLK - The City of Norfolk will be closing City buildings to the public as a response to the growing threat to the novel coronavirus.

Limited building access takes effect on Monday and remain in place based on guidance from the local public health department, state agencies and CDC recommendations.

Residents are asked to contact departments and offices by phone, email, or online.

As before, utility payments and other transactions can be made electronically, by mail, or via the drive-up payment box.

In addition, a cash payment box will be available in the City Hall beginning Wednesday.
