Governor's order shuts down businesses in eastern Nebraska

Gov. Pete Ricketts on Thursday issued an enforceable measure that effectively shuts down restaurants, bars, theaters, churches, gyms and social gatherings of more than 10 people in four eastern Nebraska counties.
