Stanton man in court on animal cruelty charge

A Stanton County man has made his first appearance in court on felony charges of Cruelty to Animals-resulting in death.

STANTON COUNTY - A Stanton County man has made his first appearance in court on felony charges of Cruelty to Animals-resulting in death.

The Stanton County Sheriff's Office says that 22-year-old Richard Brachle has plead not guilty to the three counts and requested a preliminary hearing.

Brachle was arrested last month by the Stanton County Sheriff’s Office after an investigation into the death of three dogs at his home in Stanton.
