HASTINGS, Neb. – The Hastings College Baseball team is making a midseason coaching change by firing its first-year head coach.

Effective immediately, Steve Maddock has been relieved of head coaching duties for the Broncos.

He was hired on Aug. 20, 2024 and sees his time come to an end in Hastings just over seven months later.
