Hastings resident Timmothy Dean Hagemeier, 56, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at his home.

To honor Tim’s wishes there will be no viewing or funeral services. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.lbvfh.com. Livingston Butler Volland Funeral Home & Cremation Center is serving the family.

Timmothy was born on December 21, 1967, in Hastings, NE to Larry and Dayna (Hawes) Hagemeier. He graduated from Hastings High School in 1986 and attended the University of Nebraska-Kearney. Tim married Stephanie Stumpf in 1996 and they were married for 26 years. Most of Tim’s adult life was spent working alongside his father, Larry, at L-H Manufacturing. Later in life, Tim became passionate about real estate and obtained his real estate license. He enjoyed art and his favorite artist was Van Gogh. Tim had a generous heart and loved deeply. He loved his family dearly. He had a witty sense of humor and a contagious laugh. Tim had a soft spot for his dogs and cats, treating each like the family member they were. He enjoyed watching old movies and playing board games. Tim never wanted the party to end. Tim’s memory will remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were honored to have the privilege of knowing him. He was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.

Timmothy was preceded in death by his mother, Dayna Hagemeier; sister, Lisa Hagemeier-Hinrichs; and grandparents, Harvey & Evelyn Hagemeier and Henry & Corinne Hawes.
