HASTINGS, Neb. -- A central Nebraska man is facing allegations that he threatened his neighbor with a gun.

Twenty-year-old Anthony Copley was arrested Monday evening.

Police said they were called to a residence just southwest of the Hastings college campus.

Neighbors told police that Copley pulled a rifle on them and threatened to kill them.

Police said the dispute began after the neighbors complained about Copley speeding through a residential area.

No shots were actually fired.

Copley faces terroristic threats and felony weapon charges.
