Shooting claims three lives in northwest Grand Island
GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — Authorities are investigating a shooting that left three people dead in central Nebraska.
Grand Island Police say officers responded to the shooting in the 4100 block of West Arizona Ave. in northwest Grand Island around 2:30 Sunday morning. A news release says officers didn’t fire their weapons but were in close proximity to the shooting. As a result, the investigation will be handled by South Central Area Law Enforcement Services (SCALES).
Police say they don’t believe there’s a suspect at large. The initial release doesn’t specify if there were other injuries or if officers made any arrests.
