Kenesaw under boil notice until further notice
Village officials have put Kenesaw into a boil water notice until further notice.

KENESAW, Neb. -- Village officials have put Kenesaw into a boil water notice until further notice.
Sunday around 10:15 a.m., the Village of Kenesaw posted to Facebook that due to a water break, all of the water in town was going to be shut off.
Residents were told that if they needed water, they should go to Kenesaw Market and any will would be charged to the village account.
Just afternoon, officials said that due to the water main break, the village is under a boil water notice effective immediately until further notice. All consumable water must be boiled before use, and the village was reminded to conserve water.
It was noted to not use water to brush teeth, and do not get water into eyes, nose or mouth when showering.
If anyone needs water, they are asked to go to the Kenesaw Market and any water will be charged to the village account.
