Four new coaches announced for Grand Island Senior High

Grand Island Senior High has four new coaches for Islander athletic programs.

GRAND ISLAND, Neb. -- Grand Island Senior High has four new coaches for Islander athletic programs.

Scott Galusha will be moving up the ranks for GISH softball as the new head coach after serving as a long-time assistant.

Kathryn Langrehr will be taking the reins of GISH girls basketball after serving as an assistant coach in both volleyball and girls hoops at Senior High.

Bryan Ramallo, a Spanish teacher, is ready to lead girls soccer as he steps into the head coach role after also serving as an athletic trainer, girls soccer and wrestling coach at Walnut Middle School.

James Panowicz is poised to remain head coach for the boys soccer program.
