Dollar General opens in Juniata, donates books to local school

JUNIATA, Neb. -- A new shopping option has opened up in a small Nebraska town, and a local school will be reaping some of the benefit.
Dollar General's newest store opened Tuesday in Juniata.
Company officials say the new store is expected to employ six to 10 people.
Dollar General says to commemorate the opening, they plan to donate 100 books to Juniata's elementary school.
The Juniata location is the latest among over 18,000 Dollar General stores, including 142 in Nebraska.
