Platte River Preps Athlete of the Month is awarded by the Platte River Preps staff to recognize outstanding high school athletic achievement. One female and one male athlete will be chosen at the beginning of the month for the prior months athletic events

ESPN Tri-Cities Athlete of the Month is awarded by the News Channel Nebraska sports staff to recognize outstanding high school athletic achievement. One female and one male athlete will be chosen at the beginning of the month for the prior month's athletic events.

The winners will receive a certificate and an ESPN Tri-Cities Athlete of the Month shirt.
