Government: Fortenberry violated oath in 'disturbing way'

The Congressman’s attorney, John Littrell, told the court that the charges against Fortenberry have tarnished the nine-term representative’s reputation and Fortenberry will be taking the case to trial, no plea deal will be accepted.
