The Bulldogs grabbed a 3-0 lead in the bottom of the 1st inning and never looked back in getting their 6th win of the season over the Cardinals.
Chadron ends the season at 13-14 with the highlight of the season a 5th place finish at the McCook Tournament a month ago.
Looking ahead, the Cards will return all but one player next season as they say goodbye to lone Senior Kristin Rasmussen.
Scottsbluff won the opener 12-2 over Alliance to set up an all Twin City championship game.
Gering scored 8 runs in the top of the 1st inning and rolled over the Bearcats 13-4. Both teams will advance to the district final round this weekend, Gering as the district champ, and Scottsbluff as one of six wildcards.
Matchups will be announced later on Tuesday.
