Hundreds of jobs are coming to an Iowa county on the other side of the Missouri River.

A coporation names Cattlemen's Heritage announced plans Friday to build a $325 million beef processing facility in Mills County.

The corporation says the plant will process 1,500 head of cattle per day, and employ up to 750 workers.

Developers estimate the project will carry an economic impact of $1.1 million for the area.

The goal is to break ground in 2022 and have the plant fully operational by late 2023.
