Scottsbluff wins Western Conference Invite by 54 strokes
The Scottsbluff girls golf team earn their second win of the young season on Tuesday.
By News Channel NebraskaSCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) - The Scottsbluff girls golf team earn their second win of the young season on Tuesday. Bearcats claimed the Sidney Invite last week and this week they fire a round of 342 to claim their home invite along with Western Conference title.
All five golfers finished in the top 15 of the team standings. Leading the way Anna Kelley (77), Emily Krzyznowski (81), and Nielli Heinold (83) all claimed top five finishes. Gering’s Madi Schlaepfer claimed the individual title with round of 75 on the day. Gering finishes second with a round of 396 as a team.
