CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Two well-known Republicans seeking their party’s nomination for the U.S. Senate and House face several little-known challengers in Wyoming's primary Tuesday.

Former U.S. Rep. Cynthia Lummis is among 10 candidates seeking the GOP nomination to succeed retiring Republican Sen. Mike Enzi.

Liz Cheney faces one opponent for the Republican nomination as she pursues a third term as Wyoming’s lone congressperson.

Candidates for the Democratic Senate nomination include University of Wyoming professor Merav Ben-David, self-described socialist Yana Ludwig and think tank vice president Nathan Wendt.

Democrats running for the House include Global Indigenous Council Vice President Lynnette Grey Bull and overseas educator Carl Beach.
