Two Arrested on Child abuse Charges After Police Find Drugs In Car

NORFOLK - Two people are in jail on several charges after police found drugs in a car during a traffic stop.
The Norfolk Police Division says officers performed a traffic stop just after midnight on Wednesday on a car on North 6th Street for a traffic violation.
The driver was identified as 20-year-old Devin Childs, of Wayne.
NPD says the officer could smell marijuana coming from the car.
A check of Childs’ license showed that it was revoked.
There were three other passengers in the car; one adult and two juveniles.
The other adult was identified as 22-year-old Holly Andersen, of Wayne.
Childs was taken into custody for driving during revocation.
During a search, officers found two bags of marijuana, a scale, small plastic baggies, and used marijuana cigar blunts.
Both Anderson and Childs were arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, child abuse, and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
