Scottsbluff woman is arrested after target of three control buy operations

Three separate control buys in 2019 results in the arrest of one with a bond at $300,000.

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. - (KNEP) - Three separate control buys in 2019 results in the arrest of one with a bond at $300,000.

According to the arrest affidavit, Angelia Cross was the target of three separate control buy situations in 2019. It’s alleged that in all three Cross handed over baggies that tested positive for methamphetamine in exchange for cash.

In total its alleged 18.3 grams of meth was distributed. Cross is facing three counts of distribution of a controlled substance.
