BEATRICE - Emergency personnel were sent to a reported rollover accident late Wednesday night, just west of the junction of Nebraska State Highway 112 and West Pine Road.

Wymore EMS personnel were dispatched at about 11:48 p.m., to the area nearly four miles west of Wymore.

Southeast Communications dispatch traffic reported a 19-year-old female had injuries in a rollover of her vehicle.  Wymore Fire Chief Mark Meints says the driver, however, did not require transport to a medical facility and was taken from the scene by private vehicle.  A Beatrice Fire and Rescue vehicle was summoned, but waved off, prior to reaching the accident.

Meints says when the vehicle went into the north ditch and rolled, it snapped a power pole on a Norris Public Power District high voltage transmission line.  Despite that, no surrounding areas lost power.  Norris crews were making repairs this morning.

The identity of the driver, who was alone in her vehicle, was not immediately available.
