Douglas County health officials confirm the first flu death of the season

DOUGLAS COUNTY - Officials have confirmed there has been one flu death in Douglas County.

A woman, described as being over the age of 65, recently died from the flu. It is believed to be the first flu death of the season.

Douglas County health officials plan to hold a news conference to address local flu conditions.
