Scottsbluff teen facing first degree sexual assault charge

A Scottsbluff teen recently released from the juvenile center in Kearney is charged with first degree sexual assault.

SCOTTSBLUFF - A Scottsbluff teen recently released from the juvenile center in Kearney is charged with first degree sexual assault.

According to the affidavit, a minor told officers that she had allegedly been sexually assaulted a couple of years ago by a person who went by the name Rico.

Upon further investigation, officers found the person's real name is Iziah Zitterkopf and up until June, had been incarcerated in Kearney.

He is facing a first degree sexual assault charge.
